In this course, students focus on building a positive school culture, strengthening community connections, and supporting student well‑being through creative leadership and digital content creation. Students explore core leadership principles such as collaboration, responsibility, and student voice, and apply these principles in real school contexts. Working as part of a student leadership team, students plan and produce content for the school news platform that highlights school events, initiatives, and well‑being messaging. Students primarily create Canva slide decks, posters, and digital announcements, developing skills in visual design, clear communication, and effective messaging. Through hands‑on projects, students learn how leadership principles translate into action by designing media that informs, connects, and positively impacts the school community.

Note: This CBe-learn course is open to full‑time students only. Weekly online sessions are mandatory, with optional in‑person opportunities available for school‑wide events, projects, and initiatives. Semester 2 participation is optional but encouraged, with opportunities for continued involvement and additional credits.
