The withdrawal deadline for Fall Semester 2025 is Friday, December 5, 2025. After this date, students will receive a mark on their transcript. If a student wants to withdraw from a course, they must complete and submit a Request for Withdrawal

The form must be signed by the guidance counsellor, or it will not be processed. If the student is under the age of 18, the form must also be signed by a parent or guardian.

Textbooks must be returned at the time of withdrawal.

  • A 90% refund on the instructional fee is processed if the withdrawal form is submitted within 30 days from the course start date*.
  • No refunds on instructional fees are processed 30 days after the course start date*.
  • If a class is cancelled, you will receive a full 100% refund.

*Course Start Date: This is the first instructional day that a student is scheduled to have access to a 3 or 5-credit course.
