Book Your Online Parent-Teacher Conferences


We’re excited to welcome families to our fall Student Learning Conferences. These conversations are an important way for us to connect, celebrate your child’s progress, and work together to support their growth. Whether you’re joining us for elementary, junior high, or senior high conferences, we look forward to meeting with you and sharing meaningful updates about your child’s learning.

Conferences will take place on November 27 and/or November 28, depending on your child’s grade and program.

Student Learning Conferences

Student Learning Conferences are a chance for parents and teachers to talk about how a student is doing at school. These conversations help everyone understand a student’s strengths, areas for growth, and how to support their success. They also build strong, respectful relationships between families and teachers.

How to Book a Conference

• Families will get an email when conference bookings open.
• All conferences take place online using Microsoft Teams.
• Full-time and concurrent students book through MyCBE.

Steps to Book

  1. Log in to MyCBE.
    If you don’t have an account, follow the instructions to create one.
  2. Click the My School Conferences icon.
  3. Choose an available time that works for you.
    Make sure your web browser allows pop-up windows.
  4. In the pop-up window:
    • Select your child
    • Confirm or update the parent/guardian name

Creating a MyCBE Account

  1. Go to www.cbe.ab.ca/mycbe and select Create Parent Account.
  2. Use the same email you provided to the school. If you’re unsure, contact the school office.
  3. Watch for a confirmation email.
  4. Once confirmed, you can log in and book your conference.
